I got a text the driver had arrived
I got a text the driver had arrived. Usually at an airport the driver is waiting at baggage claim. He wasn’t. Then I had to call him and ask him where he was and establish a meeting point. Why? Couldn’t that have been in the text? Then, he was FaceTiming while driving and swerving out of lanes. Bad driver, on the phone constantly and had no Apple car play or car mount so holding his phone for directions.

On the pickup: our meet & greet service, where the driver waits inside at baggage claim, is an optional add-on chosen at booking. As it wasn't included on this reservation, the driver waited at the standard curbside point. We'll review how we communicate the meeting point in our arrival texts so it's clearer. The driving you describe is far more serious. Using a phone while driving and swerving between lanes is unacceptable. Great with the Whole Family
The driver was very polite and easily adapted to the whims of a family of 5: patience for an unplanned lunch, daughters' shopping quest, and locating our final destination. We would recommend it to anyone!
