It’s an Auto-generated email hence many at times Customer/Passengers fail to understand it and take it as Confirmation Email. Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to know that your Experience with Booking Ace was not a Pleasant one. First of all if you’re booking was not confirmed you will not be charged at all. So do not worry! Please understand we are an upcoming Travel Agency, our task is to provide Travel Assistance to our Customers/Passengers and always try to provide Most Economical Fare Available as per Our Passenger’s travel needs. However, not every time we get success in grabbing that fare as they are directly under Airline’s Control. Something similar happened in your case too. Everyone wants to get the cheapest available Fare but many at times people fail to understand that These Fare are not only most restricted one but are released very less in number from the Airline. You tried to book multiple reservations but we could not grab then from Airline for you and we regret for it. Hi Luma, Thank you for your feedback, Please be informed that the Email which you received was an informative message which intended to inform, that your booking was not Confirmed. It had Booking Ace’s Booking Reference number and not the Airline Booking Confirmation. It did not had Airline’s Booking Confirmation because Fare you chose to book was sold out. Hi Robert, I am from Customer Relations Team and we took a deeper dive in your booking case and regret for your experience. Please note Booking Ace never charges for unconfirmed reservation. In Your Case you chose a restricted fare but it was not getting confirmed by the Airline however your Card was never charged. Our Advisor was just trying to tell you that the Fare you chose was Basic Economy Fare which was non cancelable. And hence Airline will impose a Cancellation fee. Booking Ace does not charge any Cancellation Fee. Please understand we are not an Airline and Sole Discretion of Fare and Availability is with Airline only. Our Sale Representative was just trying to get you next most economical fare as per your Travel needs. Our Customer Relations Team is constantly working to improve Customer Satisfaction.
