We took a better understanding of your booking history and discovered that the fare you tried to book was the cheapest fare however by the time your booking request reached our ticketing desk fare was completely sold out. Hi Leonardo, Thank you for sharing your personal experience, As a travel agency promote and sell highly discounted deal fares, being the cheapest, These tickets are highly restricted and are very limited in number. Moreover, these fare are directly under Airline’s control. Although our respective team tries their best to get every booking confirmed but at times either fare gets sold out or gets canceled by the Airline. A similar situation was in your case, by the time your reservation request reached our ticketing team fare was no longer available. Our travel advisor was just trying to provide you with the next most economical fare as per your travel needs and took both verbal and email authorization before charging your card Please be informed Booking Ace never charges for Declined, Partially Confirmed, or canceled reservations.
