My account manager was very informative, helpful, and pleasant to talk with. This being my first book I had no ideal what the process would be like, but she made it easy. Look forward to working with them again on my next book.

I was impressed with Book Fuel. My account manager was always available, upbeat, extremely polite, and most importantly was honest. Being my first experience with a publishing firm, I needed a lot of help and guidance. My Book Fuel account manager seemed to understand that very well and made me feel very comfortable and confident in working toward the publishing date. I was given an unofficial date of when my book would be published and it was published within a week of it. Very impressive organization as they continue to be supportive.

I had a bad experience with a "House" publishing firm but when I discovered BookFuel all my anxiety was put to rest. I just finished my third book with BookFuel and the people there are great. Julianne and Lori have been like a breath of fresh air. As we say in Tennessee, "They treated me like home folks." I will be back with my fourth book.

I was overall very happy with my publishing experience. There were a few things that I didn't realize when signing up, that I wish I would have known. I didn't realize that my book wouldn't be in any actual bookstores, only online. I love online shopping, but so many friends I have do not, so it's really slowed my sales. I also wish there was someway to all recent sales. It's very exciting publishing my first book, and I was hoping for some "real time" updates. Otherwise, the staff were great and my book looks great!

My second book on growing up in an affluent, alcoholic Pittsburgh, PA. family- Unstuck and Over It: thoughts on alcoholism, depression and entitlement- is my first book with Bookfuel. Really, Lori and Laura were so on-top-of-it and patient with me. Wonderful young women and a joy to work with. I still feel a hang over from the editing process with Bookfuel. Not because there bad in any way, but I learned a great deal, and still am. However the editor that I had is now gone, and still am feeling the effects of his passing. This is not to say that Justin my current editor isn't a good or great editor, there just different people. BookFuel is a great place to polish and copyedit your story I will be back. There customer service is spot on. Lori is competent and accommodating, she goes the extra mile.

Book fuel has done more then what I ask for with relations of getting my book published. They completed my book two weeks ahead of schedule and when I ordered 100 books for my book sale they delivered by book 3 days ahead of schedule. Most importantly , I like the constant communication back in forth. I'm looking forward to do business with book fuel again for my second book :)
