3 years working with BookFuel I have had a great team to work with under the supervision of Anthony Ashwin the manager who had put on my disposal Robert Green for my first book and Georgina for my second book. Throughout the process of publishing my books , I have learned a lot . Suggestions and recommendations were made in both parties and consensus was reached . Jim, as usual was the man who indeed went back to his Staff to make sure THEY got it right (there were some...challenges) but please note that no effort was too much for Jim to go after and get fixed for me, for which I am grateful that you Staffed him into your publishing house! The print team have all been very polite and kind in their interactions with me. And I am very, very grateful for that. The communications have been prompt and to the point. The crew is enthusiatic about my book and definately into supporting the project where they can if I have the funding for it. However, the communications haven't always clarified the specific fees I was charged but list more general ,"...it is the price difference of everything altogether," but it would have more helpful if each item/service I was being charged for had been listed. Such as, was I charged for corrections that were made in the first physical proof to ready it for the second proof printing? So I am a bit confused on that account. I am grateful for the team's persistance in helping the book get printed and sent on its way to me. I am grateful they haven't backed out or given up on the project. Their support has been important but I hope speicific of fee charging can get clarified for future interactions. Thank you all. Peace and aloha, Nan Bowles

I am a new writer and did not know the first thing about publishing. Oh yes, I watched youtube and every other internet promptitude about publishing. This was my second time around. Although I didn't feel that I received the same amount of treatment (attention) as last time, we were still able to get my project completed in a timely fashion and everyone I spoke with was courteous with their assistance. I'm happy with the final product and the transition from Book Fuel accounts to new user accounts.
