Hello William, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We apologize if there was ever any confusion about our royalty payout process, as we have tried to keep it among the most simple payout processes in the industry. To clarify, you get paid out on your royalties on the 10th of every month, as long as you have earned a minimum of $20 in net royalties. When you get paid, it is based on the sales you made 3 months prior. So for example, if you got paid $500 in royalties in August, that is the net profit you earned from your book sales in May. We don’t keep any of your royalty profits, so what you earn is 100% yours. There are no strings attached, and we wanted to keep this payout process very simple. Mila, we really do appreciate your feedback. We strive to provide revision rounds and review opportunities during each stage of the process, and as it stands today, authors are allotted with three rounds of revisions during the print layout stage, and the author must approve and accept the print layout prior to BookFuel moving onto the remaining stages of the publishing process. If you did not approve the print layout stage prior to us moving forward with your publication, please contact your Account Manager and they will straighten this out right away!
