My experience with Mindbody has been wonderful, thanks to the incredible support of their team throughout my journey. It all started with Grant Valencia, my Mindbody Sales Representative, who guided me through the initial stages of the process. I was then supported by Joao during onboarding, followed by Giovana Colombo, who has been absolutely amazing throughout my Mindbody journey. As a small business owner, I was initially unsure whether signing up for the platform was the right decision for my business. However, the team took the time to explain how Mindbody works, what the platform offers, and how it can help generate more visibility and attract new clients to my business. Their guidance, patience, and willingness to answer my questions made me feel much more confident about moving forward. Starting and growing a small business takes a lot of effort, and having a supportive team that genuinely helps you understand the process means so much.
