I feel as if Booker wants to just keep adding the new items, but won't fix the existing.
I feel as if Booker wants to just keep adding in new capabilities, but when it comes to fixing issues/bugs, it is a no fly zone. I just switched to version 2 and it is riddled with issues and my team and I are just getting the run around when addressing them. For how much this software costs, I expect a much better outcome than what has been presented from this company.
