Hello,  We are reaching out on behalf of your recent review on Trustpilot and regarding your concern with the payment delays. We are sorry that our service was not up to your expectations and would like to offer more information regarding our processing. All orders have a processing time of five business days from the delivery date. You have two deals that were sent to two different buyers. Each order is processed separately since the buyers are located in different states. This also means the payment will be issued separately and at different times.  Your orders: 266973656: Delivered Feb 27, payment issued on 2/28/2024.  266973639: Delivered Feb 29,  payment issued on 3/6/2024. You can always track your orders and their status on your BookDeal account. Your orders were processed within the time frame and we politely ask that you consider updating your review. Please let us know of your concerns or any questions at [email protected]. Thank you.  Sincerely, BookDeal Team
