Good experience. Good price and service going to and from airport. Delivered to in plenty of time and short wait for pick up upon returning. I do recommend to use them.

Unacceptable, and neglected to mention the parking lot would only accept cash upon arrival check in. I was therefore late and could not pay for the remainder of the balance because I was using a work credit card. In addition, the lot was cheaper if you went directly through their prebooking site. Not only was I late for my flight, but it was a horrible start to the trip.

Book2park.com is a third party booking agent that does not own or operate the parking lots therefore we do not mandate the rates that we list on our website. We do value your feedback and we will pass this information to the parking lot. We could not locate any reservations under your name. Please provide your reservation number in order to be able to identify your reservation and be able to address the issue with the parking location in question to ensure action is taken so that we can provide our customers with accurate parking instructions. Since we value you as our customer and care for your satisfaction, Book2park.com will issue a full refund of what you paid on our website once you provide us with a reservation number.

Parking at Dulles International airport for more then 2 weeks at a time couldn't be more convenient then using Book2park and Uber. Although the satellite hotel offers shuttle service Uber is fast and convenient. With the savings in per day parking fees, the added expense of Uber is still less then parking at longterm parking. Plus, if there is inclement weather, you are hungry or need to use a restroom the full service hotel is where your car is parked- not a cold dark empty parking lot. I like my 10 year old euro sports coupe a lot but with its "17 onboard computers" I'm always a little nervous whether I'll need a jump start or a tire change when I get back. This hasn't happened but if I have to wait for AAA, I'd rather wait at the hotel bar then the airport parking lot, just saying...
