My son came back 1 week before us, waited :1 hour for a pickup. We came back one week later, had to wait 1 hour in freezing wind blowing weather. Hotel was 10 minutes away, called the hotel twice, for a pickup. Will probably not your service again. When the van arrived it was cold. My opinion they( the hotel), did not have a driver available. Terrible service. We are traveling again in Feb. We will look for another hotel. Price was great, but service very poor. Using book2park, was very easy and friendly to use. I would recommend it, but if the hotels do not live up to the consumers expectations then it's a reflection on book2park. They should not recommend hotels that drop the ball on providing good service.

It was nice not to have to worry about my care when I traveled recently. I highly recommend this company for parking when you fly.

The staff is very friendly and courteous and always willing to help you have the best experience possible when booking and leaving your car at a designated hotel. I will continue to use Book2park and would never use anyone else. Thank You for your service.
