As a female (60 years old) traveling solo I find using hotel parking to be the most safe/secure way to leave your vehicle at the airport. I travel 2 times a month and have to leave my vehicle for weeks at a time. I find this to be convenient, safe and very reliable. Some of the courtesy vans need to be upgraded to commercial vans but that's not B2P fault. B2P website is easy to use and offers a great alternative to the misery of satellite parking. On a recent reservation the hotel I chose became overbooked to no fault of B2P. I was very happy that B2P called me the night before and told me they changed my reservation to a more expensive location at no extra charge, gave me directions and the new hotel had been notified and was waiting for me... many kudos to B2P.

I use book2park very often but I've had a couple bad experiences with hotels not picking me up for over an hour and I'd like to be able to leave a review on book2park to hold these hotels accountable. Book2park does not have that set up yet, other than that I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Great drivers but management wants to pack as many people into the van as possible which means that people who get there on time are waiting long periods so that late arrivals can board the van. We were very close to missing our plane because of the delay waiting for new arrivals to get out of their cars, register, transfer luggage etc. All the while, we were in a hot van that had a nearly to full load.

Book2Park offers a variety of options at most airports. The web descriptions are accurate and helpful in selecting a site that works best for you. Maps, cost calculators, and reservations are easy to use. When I had a problem with one on-line reservation, I called a human being (what a concept!), who fixed it cheerfully and quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 Star Review is a bad experience at Microhotel at BWI. Surly staff, bad shuttle, tree sap on cars, etc. Although Book2Park can't guarantee any site, I was disappointed when I reported these conditions and did not get much encouragement that they could try to fix the problem or remove the vendor. All in all, Book2Park is a quality operation.

The location was very convenient, since it was only a few miles away from DCA. When checking in though, not all the personnel seemed to know what Book2park was about. They need to train them and make them well aware of this service. Other than that, we didn't have any hiccups. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I have used this site several times to find cheap parking near airports with shuttle service. My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be much communication between book2park and the hotel providing the parking. On my last trip, I made a reservation for parking through book2park, but when I arrived at the hotel lobby to get a parking pass, they said they hadn't heard of the service and didn't have any reservation for me in their system. Turns out the clerk was confused, and I was able to contact book2park to figure it out, but it took a good 20 minutes. No real problem, but if I hadn't arrived early for my flight could have been much more stressful

Book2park is a great way to get to and from the airport, while also paying a competitive rate for extended parking.

This is not the first time we've booked our long term parking thru book2park. it's convenient - website is easy to navigate. i've compared prices with other long-term airport parking facilities and book2park offers the most competitive rates.
