I am impressed with the quality of the items I ordered, especially because of the reasonable prices.

My order got stuck somewhere during delivery. When I reached out to customer service they replied almost instantaneously, which was great (was it a bot?). They promised to put a team on it but then I didn't hear from anyone for six more days. (This was after several more attempts to contact them.) That's unacceptable. I contacted my credit card company and did a chargeback. (After which I heard from their customer service. SHEESH!)

I got the bras for larger busts and wow. It fits amazing and so comfy for the price. I am used to buying very expensive bras for my size and they aren’t great to lounge in. I also got some of the shorts to wear under dresses. I wish the length was a bit shorter since I am shorter person.

My biggest problem is with Boody customer service. On my last order I received 3 items. Two were perfect. The third item was way too big. It was a final sale but I requested credit or an exchange. While I did hear from the Happiness team member, I have not heard from anyone else regarding my request for credit or exchange. Customer service needs to be improved for online buying.

The socks are still good but not as soft as the ones before the 2.0 came out. The dip in quality is a word i hear and experience so often its getting annoying. therefore Im dropping 2 stars but again, the new ones are still decent socks. im just writing this for somebody whos been buying them for a while so they know they are not going to be getting the same product theyve been used to.

I’ve liked the brand for years! I wear the under tee shirt for years, they wear SO well! Just trying their bras and PJs… so far so good.

I bought several bras in a flesh tone to replace my t-shirt bras with cups and the Boody bras are way more comfortable and seamless under my clothes so I'm a fan. Their plunge necklines are slightly less comfy but they do fit under my skimpiest crop tops without showing so I'm still a big fan.

The quality of the bras I ordered was good but the fit for me was not good. I feel like they flattened me out and were not that comfortable. They did let me return them since I had only tried them on. It took several days for them to respond to my return request but they did respond and the process was easy after that.
