I placed an order with Boody that promptly disappeared the moment after they dropped it off with the carrier. After contacting them, Boody immediately got a replacement order in the mail and it arrived within a week. Their communication was excellent and above board throughout. THAT is called "caring about the customer" and I'm all about it. The order itself is also top quality, worth every penny. I am definitely coming back!

Really great Beadiant customer service on an issue I had. And the shipping came much quicker than I anticipated which was a godsend due to Surgery. Really great products too, and a rewards program to boot.

The product was comfortable, but I had 1 issue, and needed to return the balance of unopened product. Their chat realized this was an unusual situation, and told me I would be hearing from a person. I did, the very next day. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The quality and comfort of the product were unquestionably good, and customer service was better than usual in today's online world.

The products are exactly as described. The underwear are breathable, comfortable and the best. I got the vegan silk pajamas too and they are gorgeous, so soft and comfy. I highly recommend Boody!

I had ordered high-waist yoga pants in a size that had fit with other Boody garments but they were too tight. I replaced them with relax-legged pants in the same size and they're perfect! INSTANT FAVORITES! Thank you! Responsive customer service, quality materials, good design. I'm a happy customer!
