Absolutely the most comfortable clothing ever. The pants are gorgeous and can be dressed up or down. The underwear is a dream. I actually forget that I am wearing a bra.

Placed my second order with Boody USA on September 7th because I was happy with my first and we were leaving in a month for an overseas trip. The order arrived October 16th, five days after I left. While I understood they cannot control a shipping problem and the order being returned to their Georgia facility on September 21st, but they were not responsive to any emails about timing or cancellation. The only response was we are sympathetic but we are handling it and reshipping. There is no contact or company informations on their website other than email; they use Surepost which means the package transfers from UPS to USPS; and they did not even respond to PayPal. Boody USA Customer Care reshipped the package October 7th after repeated requests to cancel the order. I will NEVER purchase from the again and they do not care. Not sure if the USA division is a franchise or these people work on commission but they would not cancel the order but would change the shipping address. NOTED that they responded but still do not address the fact that there is no cancellation available and there is no way to reach this company other than via email.

Way too tight. I think they are well made, but I usually take a large size but the tights are like wearing a compression stocking! I may need to give them away, regrettably.

I love their clothing and have invested more of my money in this clothing brand than any other! Customer service is responsive and helpful. My only gripe ever with them is slow shipping. UPS mail innovations is primarily used which is notoriously slow and provides minimal if any accurate updates regarding the delivery date.

I’m a fan of Boody clothes & have worn them for years. Recently I experienced a frustrating situation that stemmed from the fact that it’s impossible to cancel an order once placed, which I hadn’t realized. I’d wanted to apply a discount coupon but didn’t see where to do that & accidentally completed the transaction too soon. While the response was initially frustrating, after emailing a few times, ultimately I do appreciate Myriam’s resolution, which was an even bigger discount & store credit. This restored my dinged trust in Boody and I’m grateful. I’m really glad Boody stepped up & listened. You never know these days with companies & I really didn’t want to have to give up on them. I give them credit for an excellent response.

Boody’s bamboo material is so comfortable and cooling. I have ordered multiple items from them and I love all of them. The sport bra is very comfortable and O even wear it for everyday use!
