Customer service is non existent.

We have been loyal customers for years our entire family only wear Boody! Their products are made with sustainable fabrics and that is very important to us and they are so comfortable there is no other brand out there that comes even close. We are very very happy and will continue to support this all around excellent company, shipping, customer service all top line thank you Boody for being there for us!

An Update to my experience below: After leaving my initial review, Myriam from Boody AU got in touch with me. She apologized for my experience and did correct so that I received what I felt I was supposed to receive. I am very grateful to her and I also want to stress how much I love every Boody product I have ever purchased. The products are affordable and the weight & feel are superb. Let me start off by saying I love this product line. I have never been disappointed with any item I’ve purchased. Where they fall short is their customer service. I recently tried to take advantage of a gift with purchase promotion for Black Friday. I fulfilled the requirement for a rather substantial bonus gift but did not see it in my order after I hit submit. After several attempts to get it corrected by emailing their customer service, I was told that nothing could be done to add that missing item to my order. I was very dissatisfied with their resolution. This is not the first time that I have attempted to get help with customer service. They are slow in getting back which results in not being able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I have actually wondered if I am speaking with a real person or a bot because it is hard to get them to understand what the issue is when it seems very clear and easy to resolve to me.

Love your clothing! I love the feel of your heavy socks, and the heavy drape feeling of your t-shirts and night shirts. I appreciate that you using sustainable materials. I also am so grateful that you resent an order that was delivered to my door step and was promptly stolen. Thank you for that.

The product is exactly what I was looking for. I was formerly wearing synthetic bralettes daily in a hot tropical climate. I was sweety all day and did not dry out. I am now dry daily or if out hiking I dry quickly. Thank you so much for such a great quality product. From a customer service standpoint, I had an issue where my shipment was delayed significantly in Guam. I reached out and eventually I had a new order shipped. The first order eventually arrived, but I love the product so much I ordered another round and disposed of all my former bras. Thank you for the excellent service!

Boody is the best apparel I have found. I have sensory issues and a lot of clothing textures bother me. I can always rely on Boody! The beautiful and soft bamboo fabric feels amazing and seamless against your skin. So smooth and comfortable to sleep in, to lounge in or wear out running errands. They have fabulous customer service folks as well. I recently had a package get lost by the carrier and they were so kind to replace and offer fabulous support. Can’t recommend them enough!
