I ordered Assorted Roses based on the photo of Pastel Roses, Light Pink, Lavender and yellow. Assorted Toses were delivered on time but they were not the Pastel Roses in their photo! I would NOT have ordered from them if the photo showed the actual color of Roses plus they charged me $5 extra to add a Congratulations card!

I failed to receive my shipment, as it was a birthday present for my 5 year old grandson. Very unhappy I thought I would have to call my bank and have them cancel my card due to fraud one again. So happy to say Boo Bear proved me wrong!!!! I received a response stating my shipment was reshipped. And.....I received it. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time in dealing with online companies. I highly recommend Boo Bear, as the customer service says it all!!!!

I am giving it a one because i had to. They took our money. I had to dispute the transaction with AMEX. They never delivered the flowers, Lied about the delivery day and dont reply via email and do not pick up the phone.

Yayyyy, my wife's flowers just arrived over 2 weeks late and they are Dead. Flat out dead. I emailed almost daily trying to get estimated delivery dates with no response. I tried to cancel the order with no luck. Today out of nowhere the flowers arrive dead, and Boo Bear wants photos to verify. (Laughable) They can pound sand. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with purchasing online flowers. Total scam!

I ordered a rainbow rose bouquet. I specified the delivery date and paid extra to have it delivered by that date. However I was disappointed because 1) the order did not even ship until after the delivery date, 2) I asked to cancel the order/get a refund and they refused, 3) the roses I received were not rainbow as they were pictured in the description!
