I ordered flowers for my fiance on a Friday with delivery date for sat didn't come to Wednesday the flowers was dead packaged very poorly was offered free bear that never came would not recommend anyone to buy from these people they want even answer email saying it was delivered

Promised a free item for a review — never sent it I was contacted and offered a free bear in exchange for leaving a review. I followed through in Marcg and months later nothing has arrived. No follow-up, no explanation. The original item I bought was fine, and I’d have said so on my own. What bothers me is being asked to post a review in exchange for something that was never sent. If you’re going to make that offer, honor it — otherwise it’s just using customers to inflate your rating.

Ordered 24 long-stem roses ($144.99) as a Mother's Day gift. About a third arrived withered and dead, and had to be discarded immediately—my mother threw them away before I even learned about the problem, as flowers were the last thing on her mind on Mother's Day. When I contacted customer service, they insisted on photo evidence of the damaged flowers before taking any action. I explained that this wasn't feasible given the circumstances and that asking someone to retrieve discarded flowers from the trash on Mother's Day wasn't reasonable. I proposed a fair resolution—a partial refund or replacement for the damaged third of the order. My email went unanswered. I followed up after two weeks with a firm deadline, but still received no response. While a wilted delivery can happen, ignoring a customer who promptly reported the issue, clearly explained the situation, and requested a fair solution is a deliberate choice. I won't order from this company again and cannot recommend them for any time-sensitive or gift orders.

Placed an order weeks in advance for dark purple flowers. To my surprise, I was delivered pink flowers. When I questioned why I didn’t get what I paid for, I was told it is because they were out of the flowers I requested and decided to give me what they called “purple” flowers. They were not even close to purple. I asked why they didn’t use my phone number or email I provided and they requested upon paying for my order to inform me that they didn’t have what I paid for and either refund me or allow me to select a second choice of what I would want. I am now going on two weeks with no response. The customer service and management is terrible. Do not buy from these people. They won’t take accountability, they won’t provide a fair solution, they will send you something you didn’t pay for or want and then ignore you as if they did nothing wrong.

I ordered flowers for a special person funeral arrangements to be delivered out of state june13 2026 for next day delivery today is jun 20, 2026 and still no delivery no response from boo boo bear SO I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME I GOT SCAMMED I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME AND THIS HURT'S ME.

Absolutely horrible. Only delivered 30 stems when I PAID for 50 stems..🫩 OH and they forgot the $10 card I PAID for as well.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BAFOONS. BUSINESS SUCKS. $200 for them to just get over is ridiculous..

So initially I wasn’t going to write a review until I was called and asked to to receive a free bear. So I went ahead and did that (about April) guess it was to boost their sales.. it’s been over 2 and no bear has arrived… the bear I originally received was cool but don’t call and beg me to do a review to receive a free item and you’re not going to even send it to me… such a bummer!!!! Shouldn’t play with ppl just for a review.. it can come back like this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
