Hi Josh, You are right! Sorry about the delay. We are doing our best daily to make it work better. Just to share with you. First order was a custom order. That delay happens right during Christmas and new year where we couldn't find shipping company to get the shipment going on time. Second order of the two pergola was our brand new color when we first launch it, so we had to only 1 unit. We were able to ship out the first 1 in the 6th business day after we know we don't have enough inventory so we are shipping one first. And since the second one is still in production, so you agree to switch size. One of our team member might not explain well enough that the pergola was not ready at that time. Totally understand the delay and miscommunication. We will improve on this. And glad the product is always good and reliable! BON Pergola

Hi David, Yes, the best white glove delivery for long item like this would be 2 men unload off the truck to where you need. Please note, they had to use a FLATbed truck to get to you. And those fee are included. And you might be surprised how much they are but in fact we are paying more than what we ask you to pay. We are covering the rest of the charge on our side. Sorry there might be some confusion between the dispatch guy, so they had to call another trucker with 2 men and that cause the delay! The second crew was just triple checking since we have a lot of contractor that doesn't require unloading service. That is just the SOP when they call a customer. Hope that make sense. But we hope you love the pergola so far! 8/28/2024 Update: Called a few time and not able to talk to David. Shipping company said there wasn't report of confusion. Still trying to find out what is going on from David.

Hi Romin, Thanks for the call. Understand your situation, no matter what rating we would get by the end of the day, we are going to make sure that screen will work for you! 8/20/24 update: Called and reach to customer, but not able to talk to the installer to fix the issue until later date. Apparently, the screen issue is leading factor. Hope we can help.
