BON PERGOLA offers stylish and durable pergolas with excellent craftsmanship

Great product, packed very well and installation was a breeze. Two guys four hours.

Easy to deal with and they have a great product!

High quality kit with clear instructions. Everything fit as designed, all the holes lined up, and it all works as it should. I'm impressed with the quality of the hardware, and it took me and 2 helpers 3 hours to erect it, and then me another 1 1/2 hours to finish it, including the time needed to break down the highly effective shipping cartons. You don't need a professional to do this if you have ANY erector set experience and can read directions.

Great customer service and tech support

Seems to be a well made product , Was relatively easy to put together . Just be prepared for large delivery and might have to have additional help or equipment to unload. Customer service has been excellent without a lot of buttons to push in order to talk to someone.

After researching extensively, I chose Bon Pergola for our motorized pergola—and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the start, their customer service was exceptional: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in finding the right pergola for our space. We went with the Villa Pergola model, and its sleek design and sturdy aluminum frame have exceeded all expectations. The motorized louvers give us total control over sunlight and airflow, and even through intense weather—heat, wind, and a sandstorm—it stood strong. Special shoutout to BlueFiks Company, who handled the installation with precision and professionalism. Their team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was perfectly aligned. Their attention to detail really enhanced the whole experience. Bon Pergola also accommodated our delivery timeline, letting us prep the patio first—a huge help. The integrated LED lights added a beautiful ambiance at night, and the customizable colors are a surprisingly fun touch. One standout moment was when Bon Pergola replaced a broken heater without hesitation, even after we’d had the box unopened for over a month. That kind of service is rare and appreciated. In short, Bon Pergola delivers outstanding quality, and with BlueFiks' expert installation, the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend this duo for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space with elegance and durability.
