Worth the wait
My only request is. If we continue to earn points with purchases, can we have a place on our account page to view them? I'd like that to be easily accessible. Shirts are of good quality and I love how they fit. Thank you for the inclusiveness!

I placed an order 5/11 and haven't received any confirmation of shipment. I reached out to the site via chat and no answer. Not sure if this is a scam or not but would like some kind of notification.

Great designs, frustrating cart timer
Mostly I enjoy the design options available, specifically book related items are hard to find. Shirts seem to be good quality. They are printed well. However, I assumed them to be “oversized” fit and unfortunately even when sizing up they don’t fit much larger than a regular shirt. Also, if there is a way that items added to cart can remain in the cart, even if they are not reserved. It is difficult to browse all the available options in the limiting 30 minute time frame. Having to go back and try and find everything again is incredibly aggravating.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service. I ordered a pair of wide leg oversized shorts in a 3X (I'm normally a 1X or 2X but wanted them baggy), and when they finally arrived they wouldn't fit much past my knees, my 11 year old XS son could barely fit in them. They also did not have button holes, so even if I was able to fit into them, I would have had no way to wear them. I've emailed customer service for a return/refund (as it's stated is possible if I'm not 100% satisfied in their return policy on their website) and they will only offer 10% refund or to ship a different size. I've repeatedly told them I'm not interested and would like to return the shorts for a full refund but have not gotten anywhere. I've filed a complaint with PayPal and will be contacting the BBB shortly. This is exhausting.
