Poor quality for the price, high return cost?
The t-shirts I ordered looked screen printed on their website, but when I received them, the designs were stiff, thick plastic/vinyl on the shirts. I don't think the designs will soften (or withstand) with a wash. They also lay funny and wrinkle when you put the shirts on. I contacted the company to set up a return, but they said due to high return cost on the part of the buyer (me), they could offer me a 10% refund and I could keep the shirts. The problem is that the quality isn't very good, nor did the size chart match what I ordered, so I don't really want to keep them. I'm waiting to hear back from them on how much it will cost me to complete the return.
