Dear Customer, Thank you so much for loving the top and seeing it as a great gift for your sister—so glad the quality met your expectations! That said, we sincerely apologize for the flood of identical emails. Receiving multiple messages a day with no real update is overwhelming and unnecessary—we hear you, and we’re truly sorry for making it feel like spam or harassment. That’s not our intention at all. We’re already reviewing our order notification system to reduce frequency and improve clarity during processing. Your feedback helps us do better. Thanks for calling it out—and for still giving us a chance. We appreciate you! Sincerely, Boldoversize Customer Service Team

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. [email protected] Sincerely, Boldoversize Customer Service Team
