Love the selection
Love the selection. Ordering was easy. Wish there were better coupons or discounts, it took me a while to actually make a decision and order because of the price and as a first order, not sure the quality is going to match the price but I am excited to find out and hopefully order again!

I had no issues at all
I had no issues at all. I just wish customers could be told, ahead of time, where their items are being shipped from. I really don't like purchasing from out of the US, but these shirts are nice and very comfortable.

Repeat customer for a reason!
Haven’t gotten my order yet(just ordered yesterday) BUT this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from this company and I’ve never been disappointed. I think the pricing is fair, shipping is good and the quality is top notch! Can’t wait for my shirt!!

Won't give me a refund
Won't let me refund. Have offered to send me another. Have offered 10% refund. They've said to me it's not worth the shipping cost that I would have to pay. This has been going on days. They just won't give me return instructions. If you don't accept returns, just say so on your site and I wouldn't have bought!

Dear Customer, We apologize for the confusion and frustration you've experienced with our return process. We understand your desire for a refund and appreciate your patience. Given the circumstances, we are unable to cover the return shipping costs, but we are willing to offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Alternatively, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost. To proceed with either option, please let us know your preference. We will provide clear instructions for the return or send the replacement accordingly. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Boldoversize Customer Service Team
