The pop outs in the top left corner telling me who was buying something every 2 seconds was infuriating.

I ordered it via expedited shipping. It's been 3 weeks. And I just now got an update that it landed in the US. So IF I ever get the product, I'll let you know if it's poor quality or not.

I ordered 2 shirts on June 22, I received ONE shirt and have yet to receive the second one and it’s now July 25. I have gone back and forth with PayPal and boldoversize and they keep saying my package was delivered. Yes it was with ONE shirt when I paid for TWO!! I am not giving up, they will hear from me every day until I get my shirt or a refund! 🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order on 23/06/2024, checked on order on 09/07/2024 and no action had been taken, contacted them to see if there were any issues and if so I would like a refund. Got a reply explaining they were having dispatch delays and would give me a 5% refund if I kept the order open. I said I would keep the order open until 19/07/2024 but if I had not received my order by then I would want a full refund. I received tracking on 16/07/2024 which showed that my order had been stuck at Shenzhan sorting office since 24/06/2024, at this point my spidey senses were tingling. I contacted them on 21/07/2024 demanding a full refund, I got a reply on 22/07/2024 claiming that it had only been posted on 17/07/2024 yet according to the tracking they provided it was posted on 24/06/2024 (so a lie) and offering a 10% refund to keep the order open. As I was having no joy getting a refund for an item I hadn't received I opened a PayPal dispute on 23/07/2024 and received a full refund. I then got another message that evening asking me to keep the order open. I answered them telling them that I had opened a PayPal dispute and received a full refund and if the order ever turned up I would return it to them immediately. Today I had another message apologising, telling me they had not had the item in when it was ordered (why not tell me this when I first ordered) and to keep my order open and they would yet again give me a 10% refund. I messaged them back yet again telling them that I have already opened a PayPal dispute and received a refund, and told them to stop messaging me as this is now harassment. Absolutely shoddy service, why place items for sale which you do not have in stock? Why not keep the customer fully informed? Why tell a lie about when you posted an item when tracking clearly shows when it was dispatched? Why keep harassing a former customer who had clearly cancelled the order 4 times and has already received a refund from PayPal? Do not use.

We take full responsibility for the miscommunication and the inconvenience caused.Regarding the harassment, we apologize for any messages you received after canceling your order and receiving a refund. It was not our intention to cause any distress. We understand that this experience has likely soured your view of our service, and we are truly sorry.
