Cannot wait for my new shirts to arrive. All sizes and fun prints! Got two new music shirts to add to my collection! Super excited!!!!! 🤩

I really love the shirts. They are well made materials compared to other t-shirts I've bought in the past. I would give all 5 stars but it has been 21 days and I still haven't received my 2nd order.

Love the clothes, great sizes and quality, Just put my 3rd order in

Customer service was quick, efficient and very kind. Specifically Miranda is who helped me and she was awesome!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have ordered 3 times from this place. The first order I ordered was too big so I just ordered a second time with the correct sizes. The third ordered I selected expressed shipping. With the first order I have requested a refund. They first offered to send me the correct sizes and I could keep the shirts I already purchased. I explained I have already purchased the shirts I wanted and just wanted to return the shirts and get a refund. In response they offered a 20% return and I keep the shirts. A 20% return on a $165 order that I am only wanting to keep one shirt. Absolutely unacceptable! I just want to send back the shirts I don’t want and get my money back or if they so insist I keep the shirts whatever but I just want my money back. And for my other order why did I pay extra for expedite shipping and here I am weeks later waiting for it to show up. At this point I don’t even want the order since I wasted my money over “express shipping”. I tried giving this company a chance because I actually do like the shirts I want to keep but the customer service, “return” policy, and “expedited” shipping really gives me a bad taste in my mouth.

Very cute designs in colors I love. I will be looking forward to receiving them. Love that you offer Paypal which allows me to pay in multiple payments.

The selection was great. The prices are a tad higher than what I normally would pay for a sweatshirt but because of “Hadgrid’s” name use I paid it.

So I did an order worth £82.55 and ordered 5 tops as I liked the uniqueness of what was on the tshirts. I received them and they were ok but I felt that I should of ordered one size up as they were sticking to me and I wouldn’t wear them as I felt uncomfortable so I asked for a refund. First of all they asked for me to take a picture of them and then in them to prove they weren’t good for me?. So I did what they said. Then they started saying that they would send me more out if I paid for shipping and that was fine because I would of returned all 5 and got 2 of them in bigger sizes but then it turned out they didn’t actually want me to send them back and started saying that they’ll send me the ones I want out for free and to keep the ones that don’t fit. I spent £80 I wanted my money back and then I would have purchased the two I wanted in the right sizes but then they started saying shipping would cost more to send them back? Because the warehouse is in china. They then started saying they would give me a 20% refund and to keep the T-shirts which I did not want to do. Then they changed it and offered me 50% as a refund. Then this morning I’ve had a message saying they are willing to recreate the item for me for free and I need to wait 2-3 weeks! What?!. I just want a refund and I keep getting passed around to members of staff there. So far I’ve been passed to a grace, Randy and Miranda?. So they are all getting confused sending me messages when they haven’t read what’s already been said. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THEN WRITE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!. If I had known this I would of never purchased the items. I live in the uk and what they are doing is against the law! I am not happy and will never buy anything from this online scamming website again! Edit: after seeing this review on here they finally gave me a refund. Then asked afterwards if I would mind giving them 5 stars 🤣 seriously? After all that hassle they want me to put 5 stars for them giving me my money back when they could of simply gave me it back when I first contacted them instead of making me message again and again.
