BOK Financial Asset Management is…
BOK Financial Asset Management is ignoring the CARES Act passed by the United States government last week. The CARES Act should allow participants to access their 401K up to 100,000 without a 10% penalty if affected by COVID-19. It says EVERYTHING about an organization that chooses to ignore this important legislation. Vanguard, Charles Schwab, TIAA-Cref and almost all 401K administrators quickly posted information for customers on their site about allowing 401K withdrawals with self-certification (per legislation). When contacting the company, they dismissed the call and said to call back next week. The email reply was vague and had no follow-up. Three attempts to contact the firm were dismissed. This is a prime example of how some banks and asset management companies are indifferent about their clients, sponsors, and participants. Shame on you!
