Tinker Federal Credit UnionReviews of tinkerfcu.org

Tinker discriminates against applicants with busy schedules, strict work policies, and disabilities. I applied and was given a phone call asking me to call back within 2 days. Call back for what? No clue - no info was provided. I can’t call during business hours due to a hospital work policy. I emailed and live chatted and requested communication via secure message. Tinker reps were hostile and shot those options down. The only option they said: call during business hours. Why? No reason was provided. Well, one Tinker rep tried to help and said I could call Saturday 9-12 to speak to the relevant team. I called on Saturday in that window. Guess what? I was given false information. That team doesn’t come in on weekends and my application was denied. Oh, and the cherry on top: they sneakily made a hard credit inquiry on my credit report even though I only applied for a checking and savings account. They didn’t clearly state that would happen. Awful institution - take your business to another credit union or local bank.

Happy Faces I had two loans Truck and Car loans I paid off but today 12/22/2021 turned down for a $3,500 personal loan for the second time within two years. I tried their online bill pay sucks and even loan department sucks. Jan 2022 I plan to drop them after long years of banking.

I will never bank with another bank again tinker federal credit Union has made it so easy to get in-and-out get my money get my transactions taking care of all my deposits anything I need it's right there thank you so much thicker.
