Dear Denise, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our return policy and sizing. While many of our items are offered at discounted prices during sales, we do have a return policy in place for store credit when applicable, and we encourage customers to check our sizing chart to ensure the best fit. We understand your frustration and are continually working to improve both our products and customer experience. Your feedback is valuable and will help us identify areas where we can do better. Best regards, The Boho Beach Hut Team

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’!!
I ordered a sweater but when I received it, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE IT DID IN THE PHOTO! So cheaply made, so ugly, and I can’t even receive a credit on my card. They only offer exchanges or ‘store credit’. I would never want anything from this bogus site. It’s a deceitful, scamming company. Read all these 1 star reviews! I’m contacting the BBB also.
Response from Boho Beach HutJan 7, 2025
Dear Gina Basso, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the sweater you received did not meet your expectations or match the photos on our website. Providing quality products and accurate descriptions is a top priority for us, and we deeply regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Regarding our return policy, we strive to make it transparent by clearly outlining that we offer store credit for eligible returns. We understand that this may not align with every customer’s preferences, and we regret that this policy did not meet your needs. While we do not offer direct refunds to credit cards under our current policy, we value your feedback and are reviewing our processes to better serve our customers. Your concerns about product quality are important to us, and we will share your feedback with our team to address these issues and ensure greater accuracy in our product representations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are committed to making necessary changes. Best regards, Customer Support The Boho Beach Hut Team

Response from Boho Beach HutJan 12, 2025
Dear Jason, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding shipping times and customer service. However, we are unable to look into your specific order because you did not respond to our request for additional information. Without this, we are unable to verify your purchase or provide an appropriate resolution. While we are based in the Reno-Tahoe area, we work with manufacturers globally, which may occasionally result in longer shipping times. We understand how this can be frustrating, and we are continuously working to improve delivery timelines and communication. We value your feedback, and it helps us identify areas for improvement. Terrible quality
Terrible quality, was extremely disappointed. Two items i purchased, one maxi jump suit another one piece. The first looked great in the picture and when i arrived it resembled a scrunched up rough single bed sheet. The other piece was a different material still looked cheap but more sweatpantsish and extremally ill fitting and also not like the picture. There is nowhere to leave reviews on their site, or social medias, no surprise. Nor do they offer refunds for poor quality or style not is. Wonder how many unsuspecting people have been ripped off.
