Total Scam! I paid this company $700.00 to complete a bloodwork profile including urinalysis as a basis for HRT therapies. I was contacted by a nurse practitioner in Tampa that is contracted with body logic. She advised me that my results came back without any bloodwork results. She further stated that she had never seen that happen before. So obviously there was a problem with my test results. She then went on, in a futile attempt to analyze my state of health simply based on a urine sample. I told her that it was impossible to analyze my results when part of the test was missing. The company then contacted me stating that they were going to prescribe hormone replacement therapies based on a urine sample without any bloodwork. I advised them to not charge my credit card, nor call in any prescriptions for me, that I had never gotten full test results nor spoken to one of their doctors. I find this absolutely outrageous, I don’t trust this company. I Would never recommend them to anybody. Instead of telling me " we’re so sorry let us resend you the test products and redo the test", they attempted to call in prescriptions when they had the major part of the test missing. I had thought this was a quality company from their web presence, however, they seem to be all over the place and farming out their services to other companies as the N.P. that had originally called me was with another Nursing Care company out of Tampa- ?? What the heck???

I have been with BodyLogic for 1 year and my husband about 9 months. While I really like Dr. Lai and his staff they are very nice but they are not organized. I was pretty happy with the hormone replacement therapy but I found myself doing my own follow up and patient care. Managing my own appointments, following up asking for labs to be ordered. It is very expensive and I felt like my patient care should have been seamless. Dr. Lai spends most of his time in another state and I only saw him 2 times in the office. This might account for the lack of patient care. I would see a tech most of the time for the pellet placements. She was very nice but I did have some issues with 2 of the pellet placements. It was more of a learning curve issue for her. My thought is if I'm paying for a doctor, I would like to see a doctor. The reason I stopped treatment is because I was due for labs to be completed before my next pellet placement. I started the contact process a month before my appointment asking if I should be receiving labs. I never received a response until it was too late to order the labs. It was decided to would move forward with the pellet placement and do labs next time. This decision was never made between the doctor and I. I did not feel comfortable with this decision and cancelled my appointments. I never received a phone call from Dr. Lai following up asking why I cancelled my appointments. It's too bad but I realized my patient care was not important.

Very, very expensive. In order to talk to a doctor you have to pay around 1,000 dollars. Almost 5 months into the meds and I feel absolutely no different. BTW- after the initial 1,000 it’s about 600 MORE dollars to have a follow-up conversation with the doc which requires additional lab work. Doctor is very sweet and kind; the whole thing is just a money grabber in my opinion. Total rip-off.

One of the most competent physicians I have ever known!

The service I received with this company was horrid. I was required to pay for two months upfront which was supposed to include labs, consultation with a provider, and medication. It took well over a month to ever receive the medication. The visit with the provider was done via telehealth video. I was rushed off of the call after only about five minutes with none of my questions answered. Labs were not reviewed. Medication took another two weeks to arrive. I have tried to cancel multiple times, but I still keep getting emails stating that the auto refill is still active. I had to remove my credit card To ensure I would not be charged for another two months to the tune of $700 after I had request cancellation in writing multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not happy with the care

Dr Rubin is great. I feel so much better than when I first went to him. He has my hormones in balance and my husband is happy with a much healthier wife.

Dr. Cooper is amazing!!! She takes the time to understand the issues before treating the symptoms. Dr. Cooper has greatly increased the quality of my life! I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and the Body Logic, Team.....Gary
