Do Not purchase!!!! They will still take money out your account when you cancel and tell you it was Apple! They’ve taken almost $200 and I canceled months ago!

I ordered two bags of Shakeology on 4/21/2020. After not receiving it for 9 days, and the website claiming there was only a "7-day delay" (which I was not notified of BEFORE purchasing...) my order still said "processing" and that it had not yet been shipped on the website. Because of this, I called Beachbody on 5/1/2020 at 12:25 PM EST. I was on hold for an hour, and after finally getting through to a representative was told my order was successfully canceled and I would receive the payment back to my account in two business days. Because of this, I went ahead and ordered a (better and cheaper) supplement from another vendor. Shakeology is ridiculously expensive and high in carbs/fat! Look it up! Now, the next day, after this is over, I get a call back from an extremely rude representative from "corporate" named Razonya Collier saying that the representative from yesterday was wrong and my order was already shipped out and there was nothing she could do. If you look at the tracking, you see it was shipped out AFTER our original phone call confirming it was canceled! This corporate representative was now saying there was nothing they could do except continue with the shipment, then I would have to ship it back to them (I do not have a printer and will not go to the post office amidst a pandemic). She claimed she would be able to send me a return label in the mail and I just received an email for a VIRTUAL label after telling her I do not own a printer and am on quarantine for COVID-19. Also, do you really want a package shipped back from someone that could potentially have Coronavirus? This is extremely disgusting and unhealthy, especially since the product in question is consumable!!! Isn't this supposed to be a pro-health company??? The order was shipped out AFTER our call and AFTER I was promised a refund. They are withholding my money from me after confirming I would be getting a refund and ordered elsewhere. They will not send me a physical return label and I also have no way to return it. I do not want this package, will not be home to receive it, and will be disputing this with both my credit card and FedEx so they return it to sender. This is extremely shady business practices and it seems like the corporate representative Razonya just called to ruin our day without providing any solution or good news. They provide horrific customer service and cheap business practices - they just want your money!!! I along with everyone at my gym will never be ordering from you again and will be sure everyone knows what a terrible excuse of a "health" company you are.

Horrible horrible company. Nothing but trouble dealing with them. Stay away. They take your money and deliver garbage. Customer service is non existent.

Brought the ‘Insanity’ Beachbody workout package. Really happy with it. Easy to follow and feeling fitter by the day. Would highly recommend. A+ Also tried the Shakeology nutrition product, really tasty (especially the chocolate) and it does put off my hunger and cravings for snacks, as well helping me recover after my workout. Definitely worth a try.

I signed up under a coach, and I did not know I was being signed up as a coach. So when I canceled after 30 days, I thought I was canceling both the shakes from shakeology and the membership. I thought I was canceling everything. Come to find out the only thing that was canceled were the shakes. Customer service did not ask me if I would like to cancel membership. I was not even aware there was a membership fee. I was charged $15.95 for seven months. Because it came off of my credit card, it was undetected until my former coach made me aware of it. I made a claim, and only one month was refunded to me. I am not happy with beach body. It’s really a scam, in my opinion. Something needs to change in their communication with new members.

I have used Beachbody online for over 2 years now. I personally find it extremely good value. I can do as many exercises as I like when I like - it is also available on the go - without ever having to leave the house. Some of the programmes are too advanced for me e.g. Insanity but there is enough choice to appeal to everyone. It also has the added bonus of having subtitles, which is very useful for me. I only bought the shakeology once and have found better protein drinks elsewhere but in terms of a fitness programme I can't fault it.

About a year after cancelling the program, it started up with requesting it and without our knowledge. I only noticed it after 6 quarterly payments when I was reviewing my credit card charges to move recurring charges to another card. I disputed through my bank and got 1 payment back. I called Beach Body and the promised to give me another 2 back--I have yet to see it hit my account. I pushed to get a full refund of all the payments and when they declined, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They called me and then told me that only 1 payment had been approved and that they were willing to give me back 2 more for a total of 4 of the 6 payments--none of which were requested or authorized. Given the fact that the app is unstable and streaming unreliable, I suspect that these folks are a little technically challenged--to include a possible problem with their online security. Either that or they look through their dormant accounts and magically sign them up for services un-requested and then refuse a full refund--how's that for a business model. Better to find a more ethical and secure alternative.

The exercises burn calories because you're going on the floor and getting up, on the floor and getting up - often. This can put a strain on you when your heartbeat goes suddenly fast from all the up-down-up-down. You will sweat, but is it in a good way? Perhaps if you're in your 20's, but when you're older. And check out the commercials - there are no middle-aged and senior people in them, even though they say it's for ALL ages. Also, their return policy charges you the cost of the initial shipping, even though it says "free shipping". When I called them, they said it's in the fine print about returns. So the $82 cost (including a few packages of Shakeology) was refunded $64. That's a big difference, even with the Shakeology added.
