Nem at komme ind med digital nøgle Rigtig pæn og rent værelse Sengen var super dejligt Kaffe/te var klar Kommer gerne igen.

Bob w Copenhagen Lovely place lovely people and value for money. This is my first and not last experience of this environmentally aware chain. Yes it is not a hotel it is a hybrid. It was perfect for me as an independent traveler. The shared kitchen was lovely, you share your things or take what is shareable. Reduces waste. It was quiet for me and an excellent location for metro and bus and walking. It was clean and had the facilities I needed to cook and I felt very safe here. The staff I met were friendly. I would highly recommend Bob w Copenhagen. And definitely go back. Thank you for making my time special.

Det var et fint familie værelse. Digital indgang, alt foregår over telefonen.

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Bob W in Helsinki (Katajanokka) and can't rate the experience highly enough. Superb accommodation at a very decent price only 15-20 min walk or 10 mins by tram from Central Station. They've literally got EVERY eventuality covered with OUTSTANDING communications.

Room was clean. Check in was easy.

I didn't end up staying at Bob W, but the times I contacted customer service (be it via their WhatsApp or their website chat), I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and how accommodating they were first to me changing the duration of the stay and then finally cancelling the reservation a week before planned check in. I will definately give them a go next time I need a place to stay when travelling.

The most lovely East London stay. I love the personal touches like the handwritten note and the curated tray for guests upon arrival. I love all of the accommodation options like the yoga mats, gym, laundry room & having extra things like ear plugs for people to use if needed. All so wonderful and would love to rebook again sometime
