The booking system and checkin system if you Dont have great internet on travel day is shocking and imposdible to say the least. Syaff communication to try and sort out even worse. I wasted fir then 4 hours of my holiday trying to check into the the hitel many hours on ibtetnatiknal phobne calls nothing of which will be recompensated for .. wirse due ti tgis internet only working check in susten i had to drag my daighter fro. Cafe to cafe in the 38 degress sun today as we otherwise would have hotten ij at alk and sge had a heat stroke. I made thrm aware of this no appologt not at alk tgroighput really . Abdcthe rooms have NO FAN AC and are exteemely hot not blinds .. in tgese hit climates its a must to gave spnething od risk custoners getting heatstrokes which happened herec Not even an offer of a free half night ir anything orioer really . Beedless to say i wont be staying there again ... if yiu book them kero plenty of hiurs days asaide to ore check in dibt exoect it ti ve seemless as it certainoy was not for us .. I booked BobW Mitte Berlin from 18. to 22. of March 2026. we booked a Deluxe Appartment on Booking.com which never exusted according to the BobW staff. We received a tiny older room on groundfloor - dark, no heating, no warm water. After heavy compliants we could switch to a better room 2 days later and a refund was promised. This refund never arrived, even after many complaints. After the booking on booking.com it was released, the the contract party is a company in Hong Kong! Now I need to claim my refund from this company. Good luck! Don‘t book this hotel. There are much better options in Berlin at cheaper price and transparent conditions.

The company overbooked the property I was due to stay at, calling me to say I would be put in another location. I requested a free cancellation due to the fact this was their fault, and I booked alternative accommodation. They then decided they could now host me, and refused to allow a cancellation. Customer service throughout was poor, with communication being infrequent, and contradictory between customer service reps. Avoid this company if you can.

This shitty place canceled my reservation. Told me they tried to call me. Was on a plan for almost 6 hours. Landed at 00:10 in oslo. Impossibile to find a hotel in the middle of the night. Shitty excuse. Do not book this!!

had a very concerning experience with this hotel. An unauthorized charge was made to my payment method without my consent. I immediately contacted the hotel to dispute it. While the charge was eventually refunded, no clear explanation was ever provided regarding how this payment was processed without authorization, nor was any responsibility acknowledged. The handling of the situation was disappointing, as communication was vague and did not address the core issue. A refund alone does not resolve the lack of transparency and accountability in how this occurred. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, especially regarding payment security and guest trust. I would advise future guests to double-check all charges carefully.

Presents itself like a hotel but is NOT a hotel, more of a AirBnB experience: no staff, no breakfast in the premises (although I specifically asked for it and PAID for it) ; no reparation of a broken shutter (despite whatsapp messages and pretend appointment to come and repair it); no commercial gesture or refund for dark room due to broken shutter, and despite the fact that we left earlier (due to ferry problem) and did not use 4 of the paid breakfasts. Commercial service only offers to visit again with a discount, LOL. Total scam.

We booked two rooms at this property expecting a similar standard based on the photos and description. One room (Room 208) was perfectly fine and matched what we expected. However, the other room (Room 28) was completely unacceptable. Room 28 was extremely small, narrow, and felt more like a corridor than a proper room. It was located on a lower level with no proper outward-facing window. Instead, the view was towards a backyard with trash cans, which was honestly quite unpleasant and felt unhygienic. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised and was a huge disappointment. It did not meet even basic expectations considering the price we paid. To make things worse, the customer service was rude and not helpful when we raised our concerns. There was no real effort to fix the situation quickly, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt very misleading and under all criticism. I would not recommend staying here, as you cannot trust that the room you book will match what is shown.

Our Christmas Eve was completely ruined by Bob W. Our booked studio was cancelled just a few hours before arrival, after which we were fobbed off with a smaller, cheaper room on the other side of Amsterdam — or we could cancel, on Christmas Eve, when restaurant, Uber and family plans were already set. Communication was chaotic, we even received incorrect payment requests, incurred extra costs, had to switch rooms twice, and then, to top it all off, spent months chasing our own money for a supposed €14 room difference. This company takes no responsibility whatsoever and shows zero hospitality. Avoid at all costs.
