One of the best team I have worked with. Really fast reply and do the task ASAP. Sometime it takes 40 minutes to response but most of the time I got response within 15 minutes and problem solved within next hours.

We approached Bobcares with a server that was constantly maxing out its memory, and our team had exhausted all options and were in need of desperate help. The amazing Rino and Vyshakh managed to dig deep into our server and diagnose a known bug with Ubuntu 16.04 and MySQL 5.7 that we would never have found, and performed some critical updates on a production server, keeping downtime to less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, we will definitely be using you again!

I was impressed with the friendliness of the front-office and the proffesionalism of the staff. The engineers & developers got right to the route of the problem and worked through the issue in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Bobcares and will use them again. A good experience overall!
