We found ourselves in a tricky situation where AWS snapshots were not working as expected. When an instance got corrupted at a bios level we thought we'd lost everything. However the team at Bobcares helped revive our server, rebuilt and got everything back up and running as quickly as possible. The team communicated flawlessly and worked on getting the production issue solved! Lifesavers!
