Got exactly what I needed with a quick responce time

Order number 10-3041262 I had an issue ordering my product and had to re-order so I had duplicates in the system. I called and spoke to Kenneth, and he was amazingly helpful, professional, and an excellent communicator and helping me resolve the issue in getting me to where I wanted to be in the first place. can’t say enough great things about my experience with him just now. Truly, a professional and a pleasure to speak with.

The illustrated breakdown matched my motor perfectly, allowing me to order the correct part. The part arrived ahead of schedule and corrected the issue I was having with my boat motor. Thank you!
