Yes they have good prices but that is the only good thing and you have to compromise with everything else. Their website is a total mess, not at all intuitive and the search function couldn’t find water if it was floating in the middle of a lake. You have to sort through everything that they don’t have in stock to find stuff they claim to have in stock but even then it’s a total crap shoot if they do. I placed my order on the 12th for stuff that was “in stock” and paid for expedited shipping even though I spent enough for the free because I want the stuff quicker. 4 days later I received an update that half of my order was not available until the 18th. Ok ship me the stuff that you do have, but no if I want that to happen I’ll need to pay another $8 for shipping. Now it’s the 23rd and finally they have shipped only to see the tracking says to be delivered on the 29th! What happened to the expedited shipping that I paid for? I don’t like sending my money down the big behemoth river but at least I get what I paid for and I’d be back on the water by now... BetterOffAmazoningTheS#!t.net! You’ve been warned.

My experience with this company has been horrible so far, I ordered a piece which was "on stock" and I haven't yet received. How long have I been waiting you might ask? It has been 4 months, I can literary say I order this last year! (around December I made the purchase). One good thing tho, they answer my mails... saying I have to wait another month for the order to arrive. By how it looks I will literary be able to say that my order took a year to arrive (if it does arrive).

Ordered a set of high quality AC spark plugs, got sent a set of cheap garbage champion plugs instead. If I had wanted champions I could have bought them locally for a fraction of what I was charged! I will NEVER do business here again.

Boats.net sells products they don’t have. Reputable companies don’t let you order items and say items are in stock unless they actually are in stock. They also never responded to my inquiries about my order. Now I wasted my time. Save time and order somewhere that actually has what they say they have.

Ordered what I thought was 4 bellows ground clips. The listing states 4@. I received one clip today. Customer service states that their description of 4@ is the way they receive the clips. I said the should change your description asap. Won't order from them again!

Boats.net is truly a scam. They sell products they don’t have and put out long lead times. All the while they take your money in hand. Reputable companies don’t take the money until they ship the product by boats.net has no problem keeping your money for 3 plus months while not shipping. It almost feels illegal what they are doing. Seriously, you lost a good customer with your poor policies and taking advantage of holding my money. I am going to file with the BBB as well.

Why place an order with a company that shows items in stock on website and then find out days later they are not. I was told the main item on my order (why ordered through them) is not available, but still shows in stock on their website. I give estimates on cost and how long repair will take by stock information given.

I made a order for a water pump for my force 125 oh motor they say preparing order now they changed the available date to October 14 I should of payed attention to the review's I might not see these items I ordered God knows when save yourself the trouble do not buy from boats.com or you will be sorry now I have to fight for a refund 178.00 dallors
