I ordered 2 parts that were shown to be in stock. It took 3 days for them to be shipped. The parts were shipped in an envelope via USPS. USPS promptly lost it. Never do business with a company that uses USPS.

Ordered a propeller for my Tohatsu outboard , they had nil stock so whist it was on order i decided to give the motor a service and asked it they could open the prop box and pop in 4 small gaskets and 2 rubber impellers that would weigh less than 2 oz in total - Sure , that will be an extra $14 USD in freight ???? . I wrote to clarify this "additional" freight cost to be told that cost was based on the total bill and that was it. Would not have cost them even $1 more to ship with the extra parts. Not happy at all

I have been trying for almost 1 month to get a partial refund for my purchase of spark plugs for my 150 HP Optimax. The ad CLEARLY stated the price of $24.17 followed by @4. I ordered a quantity of 2 for a total of $48.34 plus tax for what I assumed would be 8 spark plugs. I received 2 PLUGS! When I contacted the company, I was told that the wording of the ad was how THEY had to order from them??? I asked for a refund and a return shipping label. They said that I would be refunded and a return shipping label sent . It was NOT done. LESSON LEARNED! My Time and Effort are worth more than the amount that I was Cheated out of. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered and received 6 QC12PEP spark plugs at a cost of $91.64 for my 90 HP Etec. The six plugs were put in a plastic baggie without any individual packing or plug protection, this plastic bag was then put into another plastic without any additional packing to protect the plugs from banging against each other during shipping. So I now have six plugs worth almost one hundred dollars that I have no idea if there are any cracks in the electrode end or within the porcelain within the plug. Imagine trying to get credit for a cracked plug in the spring when the plugs are installed. Al Lorenz

Slow to ship parts. Dates have changed three time. I thought buying everything from one place would be easier, apparently they source parts that they don'thave from other manufacturers. I've been waiting over a week for a $400 parts order because they didn't have a .74 cent set screw.

If your order contains In Stock and Backordered parts, the In Stock parts will be held until your entire order is ready to ship unless you call to request split shipping. In the future, you may wish to consider split shipping to avoid unnecessary delays.

same as many other reviews; paid for expedited shipping for an in stock time sensitive part. update 4 days later now says part is not in stock for >2 weeks from original order. misleading, dishonest, unmet expectations. clearly this has been an ongoing problem with this company and they have done nothing to resolve. my future business will go elsewhere.

Pay attention! Nearly 25% of the reviews are one star! And the reviews are lengthy and legitimate. My experience is similar to many others. The trolling motor I ordered was in fact not in stock and the few products that were on stock have not shipped after 4 days...
