Ordered an “in stock” part on 6/27/22. As of 7/13/22 it still has not shipped and refund has not been given as promised. No response and impossible to reach since 7/8/22. Martin Polo should be sued for theft!

Boats.net shipped 3 of 4 parts I ordered but the packslip indicated all parts were shipped. Now I cannot contact Boats.net. For the past week phone calls get a "we've closed for the day due to high call volume" no matter what time you call. Chat says "We are temporarily closed to complete the opening of our new distribution center in Albany, Georgia. We only expect this to take a few hours." That has also been going on for over a week. No way to contact Boats.net. Very disappointing. Heard back from Boats.Net via email that they were sending me the missing item. Well they sent me another one of the items I already received, not the missing item. Of course Boats.net phone and chat are still not working. I emailed asking them to credit the missing item to my card, not holding my breath. Changing rating to 1 star.

Their website says they have parts in stock, so you order them. Then you get an email saying they arent in stock. Terrible company

Placed order for an item on 6/30, which stated ships within "2-3 days". Rcvd confirmation email @ approx 8:30pm, referencing a part# that supercedes the original requested, noted @ the time was still "2-3 days" and was billed/debited for order on 7-1. When using the site's "order status", it stated (and still states) "Available Monday, July 04, 2022" Emailed Customer Service on 7/7 inquiring why the order still states "preparing order". Rcvd an immediate response stating "Hello! Thank you for contacting us! We will reply back with a solution as soon as possible! " and have heard nothing since (31 hours and counting). The order continues to languish, while the sites continues to state the original item requested/ordered will ship in "2 to 3 days". Now one would also think the person researching said email would note that they changed and reduced their price on said item...but no. This would seem to imply that the emailed request for status/information, was promptly "filed" into the deleted items rather than researched/investigated for a "Solution".

This company is taking everyone's money and not shipping the parts, MY parts have been shown ready to ship for over 2 weeks. I have been told over and over again the parts will be shipped out by the end of the day. that's not been the case. my part still has not been shipped......

I wrote a positive review for boats.net a few weeks ago, and now I'm sorry that I did. I ordered a bunch of parts and in the process was told that two of them were backordered. No problem - I could wait for one, and the rep suggested an in-stock alternate for the other. They did ship several parts, but then I started getting emails saying that one key part was unavailable, a part that brought my repair to a standstill. Two other parts were shown as available but for some reason were not shipped. So on a Monday morning nearly two weeks after I placed the order I called to find out why they had not shipped the parts that were in stock, and found I was 31st in the queue. So I emailed. No reply. Tuesday I called again and was 20th in the queue so I used their call-back feature. And I emailed AGAIN. Now it's Tuesday night and I have not received a call-back or any replies to my emails. I ordered the critical parts on Amazon and will receive them in 24 hours. Maybe someday someone will contact me or reply to my emails and hopefully I can get a refund for the parts they never shipped. But I'm done with boats.net. A follow-up from the initial post: I finally got an email reply. And I'm told that the parts that the order status email said were in stock or available 5 days ago are actually not available for more than another week. Incredible.

This place seems to be a broker house. Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer. I would not recommend this company to anybody. After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Purchased a part for my Evinrude 9.9 was represented an on OMC originally part in OMC box what I got was a part in a zip lock bag from China. For top dollar I expect original parts not knock offs. The part seems to work today but three years from now.
