Good selection of parts for older outboards. Easy to find all parts needed from diagram on web site. Prices seem to be a little high for some parts such as o rings and seals but at least they were in stock. Over all a good experience.

Well, since I haven't received the products yet it's a bit premature to write a review.

They have most parts in stock. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. The reason they didn't get five stars is I would like to see free shipping, and they're exploded views need to be updated. Poor quality they look like they've been printed and reprinted a thousand times.

Thank you for sharing Michael. Unfortunately shipping costs need to be covered but we do hope you continue to choose Boats.net for your part needs.

I would say I had a very good experience with you guys. I ordered three lock sets and I needed all to be keyed the same. When they came two where key #45 and one was #43, stamped in the metal it was hard to read through the plastic. So when I called I was told to install the two that where right and was given a return authorization with prepaid shipping, about a week later the right one came. Anyone can make a mistake but customer service is how you fix it. Thank you.

We have ordered parts from boats.net for quite awhile now. Occassionally, we have an issue with an item that is listed as "in stock", when in fact in had to be ordered. Other than that, they are very helpful when you call and their computer diagrams are helpful in determining exactly what a customer is talking about.

Hi Christy, Thanks for the wonderful review. We make it a big part of our site to have component diagrams for nearly every boat and part so you can take it apart and put it back together. We appreciate the feedback and we will work on making the status of our parts clearer in the future. Have an excellent day!
