I ordered a case of ring free from Yamaha it was advertised as a 6 count case but I only received 1 bottle. When I emailed the company they told me it was an error but refused to correct the issue beyond telling me that I could order 5 more. I would not have paid there ridiculous price for a single bottle. My receipt even stated a 6 count case.

I ordered 4 small parts, 1lb, for a lower unit install and paid extra for expedited shipping. What did they do? They sent it USPS Ground - yes, the Postal Service...the slowest of them all. I'm only 350 miles away from their GA distribution center, and this order is going to take 4 days to arrive at the earliest. I will NEVER do business with this scam company again! 2 days until I do the job and now I have to order the parts elsewhere because boats.net can't do anything about it. What a joke!

Their web site specifically states "5 pack" for cotter pin part# 95295. But you only get one. It does not say it's for one cotter pin. It says a "5 pack". I can count. Apparently Boats.net can't. I'll deal with anyone else but them from now on.

I ordered a propeller here because it was $10 cheaper than on Amazon — but that savings wasn't worth it. It's been 10 days, and my order is still stuck in another state with no clear delivery timeline. Unfortunately, this delay caused me to miss a critical deadline. I won't be ordering from them again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about the delay and the impact it had on your deadline. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was processed and shipped the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay with the shipping carrier while the package was in transit, which is outside of our direct control. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when timing is critical, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. While we work hard to ensure orders leave our facility as quickly as possible, delays during transit can occasionally occur. If there’s anything we can do to help with a future order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We’d appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a better experience. We offer multiple ways to reach out customer service team. Wrong part shipping will cost more to get a new one than the part cost

Placed order May 28. then email comes 2 days later that 1 item is back ordered. Gives date when expected. So I wait a week. Day comes and then 2 days later changes "back ordered date" changes to "no current ETA", so I call to have the items removed so the rest can ship. Few days later it ships using UPS mail Inovations from GA to VA. A week later the shipping status hasn't changed. Now past 3 weeks, still no parts. Learned from my mistake, Ordered from Honda marine dealer in York Va. parts came in 2 days. Boats.net may have discount parts, but you cant sell parts you don't have or cannot control inventory. Your choice to use UPS mail inovations as your free shipping method is killing you softly. I drove 30 minutes to my local post office to see why shipping status "USPS accepted pending" for 3 days. then those folks at USPS shipped it from our local PO to Richmond distribution, only to be shipped back to them in 2 days. So a little under a month to get boat parts. I lost a month of boating because of selling stuff they dont have, supply chain BS they have had since before COVID and using the most Indeterminate free shipping available.
