Paid for expedited service. Ordered on the 19th delivered on the 28th is not expedited service. UPS ground is not expedited service. You are in Georgia, Businesses are open, COVID-19 is not an excuse for poor service! After Boats.net response: You never once conveyed the issue of a problem, the only response from the company prior to this review was "Expedited" refers to shipping. I'm laid off due to covid-19 and only wanted to get my boat and go fishing. One pick up assy failed and I was dry docked. I search the WEB &see this: "Great Customer Service. Huge in-Stock Inventory. Same-Day Shipping." and I trusted & believed you. 8 days later my part gets here, along with an Email signed "Have a nice day" A sarcastic jab??? Boats.net is a Compassionless Terrible Company Never once during my communications with this company did they say what their reply says. I lost my job due to covid-19 wanted to do some fishing, company says same day shipping & for extra I bought expedited service, neither happened. My boat and I sat here for 8 days being led on by boats.net customer service emails. I am still made, but the crappie and channels are helping me thru it.

If you need to get your motor up and running to get back on the water, don't waste your time. I live only 145 miles from the shipping center in Albany, Ga. I have been tracking my parts, they have traveled all over the southeast from Georgia to Alabama to Florida back to Alabama, With and expected delivery of 7 days from date of order. Shipping is the worse that I have every experienced. Due to this, the company has lost a customer.

Looks like I have been screwed over a second time. When ordering my part they showed an inventory of 8. The order was placed and they took my money - 5 days later sent me an email saying that my part was delayed from the manufacturer and that the order would not be filled for an additional 10 days. They never had my part in stock to begin with and they have set my work back an additional two weeks. but hey they make you pay for everything up front right? So once they get their money they can take as long as they want or treat you any way they want to

Assistance with parts invoice order 10-454172 I have bought evinrude parts that has to be delivered to a courier in Jamaica New york There were no official invoice included to assist with customs clearance and as such my parts are still not shipped 10 days later Have asked them 5 times for an invoice but has been totally ignored. to date Will never ordered again throught them. Paid extra for an expedited order and it took 5 days to arrive. I needed four bolts for a yamaha engine and received four small screws. Called to reorder and was number 19 on hold. Finally got through and was told they would expedite that order and it wound arrive in two days. Day three now and the parts are lost in shipping. They told me to call back in two days to check on the status. Never again.

Ordered a new power head 3 weeks later the piston busted at the skirt. They said it would be 3 months to get a new one. I’m a charter captain so this was unacceptable they wouldn’t refund my money and sent me to yamaha I had to buy a new motor which was $14000 after buying a $5000 power head.
