Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I paid extra to have some parts quickly and have been waiting for a month and a half. I will NEVER again use this company. They send me emails every couple months saying the parts will arrive in a week. Still haven’t seen them. I called the customer service and had a wait time of 1 and a half hours. Please don’t waste your time ordering parts from them, I wish I would have been warned.

First, on 5/1/20, I sent an e-mail asking for help in determining which parts I needed for an older Honda 4 stroke. Never got a reply, but I was able to determine that there were two different impellers used for that engine. Ordered parts on 5/7/20, according to website all parts "In Stock", two days later I get an e-mail that one part is not in stock, will be in on 5/12/20, so I wait an extra week. From 5/12/20 to 5/22/20, the order just sat. Finally shipped on 5/22, must of been sent by three legged mule since it's 5/31/20 now, and I still don't have my parts. Sent another e-mail two weeks ago, still have not gotten a response. Should of bought from another supplier, as I found all the parts IN STOCK and LESS EXPENSIVE on another site. This is my first and last purchase from BOATS.NET. I realize that COVID is an issue, but really Horrific customer service! Update: Two days after posting a bad review I get a reply to the review, "so sorry for the delay, etc". Parts finally came 24 days after I ordered them. I find it amazing that in three weeks Boats.net couldn't return an e-mail, until I posted a bad review, then got a reply to the review two days later! Seems you're more worried about image than customer service.

THIS COMAPANY SUCKS THEY ARE USEING COVID 19 AS A REASON FOR NOT TO TALK TO YOU I MADE A ORDER ON MAY 11, 2020 IT IS MAY 26TH AND GOT NOTHING TRYING TO CALL I AM 110 IN QUE THEY TOOK MONEY ON 11TH SHOULD NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER UNTILL ITEM SHIP I RUN A MARINA I ORDER PARTS FROM ALOT OF VENDERS THIS IS THE WORST ALL MY VENDERS ARE GETTING PARTS OUT ON SCHEDULE NO PROBLEMS WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGIAN 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT. STOP USEING COVID - 19 AS A EXCUSE FOR INCOMPIDENCE

Also for me an terrible dealer, dont bye there. i bought spareparts 28/4 and today the 26/5 its still in post office in USA. i try to get som answers from UPS but nothing yet.

Absolutely terrible experience still have not gotten my part to weeks after I paid for it

I placed an order on 5-8-20 for 300 hundred dollars for some boat motor parts I need for a motor I'm working on. It's 5-20-20 and as of today I have nothing.I've sent several emails for them to only say they was working limited hours and a 3 to 4 day dell in shipping. There was no delay in BOAT.NET taking my money. I've asked for a phone call , I've sat on the phone for hours and to only get to the second person in the queue to only wait another hour. I finally hung up. Ive emailed everyday to try to get an answer when my parts would ship. Really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I would like a refund or my parts shipped. On my account it says order processing.

Looks like I won’t be doing business with your company. I have a new marine repair business and was hoping you were going to be one of my suppliers. I placed an order on May 7th and other than receiving a notice that shipping would be delayed 3-4 days, I have heard nothing, it is now May 19th. My order has not been processed, the only response from my email was that you were presently closed and the person I finally talked to in your company could give me no answers or look into why it has not been processed. I will call tomorrow and cancel the order and receive my refund. PS: there was no delay in you taking my payment. I am very disappointed with your professionalism. May22. Received the reply from boats.net. As I told the customer service rep, I fully understand delays at this time. But, it was quite a bit longer than 3-4 days. Communication is essential. I explained my customer was looking for info on the repair and all I could tell him was I don’t know. I even said I would be understanding for several more days. 5 days later I posted my review after seeing that my order still had not been processed.It’s a shame it took a bad review to get results instead of my call to customer service. I thank boat.net for finally processing my order and shipping it to me 2nd day air. This was my second order with boats.net. The first was a great experience, with a very fast turn around. I will continue to do business with them, for now. Hopefully, thus was a one time issue that has been rectified.

I placed an order on 5.4.2020 for parts that they had in stock, as of today I still have not received any parts. I have called many times and finally received a call back today 5.14.20, which I was told the parts have been there since I ordered. But have not shipped, I run a facility not far from them and mentioned I could just swing by,and they could leave outside the door. That was shot down as well. I really needed these parts, and still waiting on them to ship. I would not recommend ordering if you need anything quickly. Also no replies on email..
