My pen is blocked I can see the smoke…
My pen is blocked I can see the smoke at the coil fully charged but some how it’s plugged no draw? Plus Messing will this I lost the cap. About 1week old

A month and still no pen on the mail
I had to warranty a faulty pen....been a month and still havent got my new one...poor communication as it took sending my mailing info atleast 8 times before it was sent ....and they will not answer their phones due to covid???? Cant get covid over the phone last i checked

I figured I’d try this product because I used the brands product before and my was I shocked! It was WELL worth the money. It has become my new best friend and I absolutely love it. Great taste and super easy to use AND CLEAN! The brush that comes with it works perfectly! I’m so happy I got one as the vaporizer I was using before was not nearly as good and it cost the same price!!
