I bought my first terp pen in December. I ordered a replacement pack of coils and it wasn’t in the package when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they got back to me less than 24 hours later and sent a replacement immediately. I recently ordered some more replacement coils to have on hand and the package was showing delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to customer service and again I was contacted within 24 hours. The customer service I have received when dealing with BT has been amazing!!! Thank you all!!!

Terp pen Xl came with a bent receiver and had to be bent back to turn on. Product is alright just annoyed I had to fix my brand new pen.

The return address had the company name...ever heard of discretion? My reply to your reply: Previous orders had SMI Global as return address... This is not my first online order... Do I need to post a pic of 2 other previous orders received from you in last 6 months?
