BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

Working with Fern has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my Airbnb business. She has helped me grow not only as an Airbnb host but also as a business owner. Her knowledge, guidance, and willingness to share her experience have been invaluable. What sets Fern apart is how genuinely invested she is in her students’ success. She is incredibly responsive, even outside of office hours, and has always been there when I’ve needed support or advice. Knowing I have someone I can reach out to has given me so much confidence as I’ve grown my business. My favorite part of the academy is, without a doubt, Fern. I’ve learned so much from her, and I truly appreciate the time, care, and encouragement she pours into helping others succeed. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to build and strengthen their Airbnb business.

I had been doing research on my own for AirBnBs and knew I could do it alone. However I wanted to make sure an investment this large would be worth it. I found the BNB Investor Academy on Instagram, and signed up for an informational call to see what they were about. Within a few days I was signed up for coaching, and it was the best decision I made! Having access to someone who has been through it to walk me through step by step was key to my success. Dante Myers was my CSM, and we paired very well. He was able to give me his input and advice throughout which I took and ran with each time. After about a month in I realized how much I would have missed out on if I had went through on my own. After about 4 months I was already launching my AirBnB and getting 5 star reviews. The academy wasn’t just coaching though; they offered amazing resources and connections, a wealth of knowledge in short videos to walk you through each process, and even different templates to help you research properties. Going into my last stretch of the academy I switched CSMs to Charlie Oxford and he has been super helpful already. We are looking to launch a second property and I’m confident he will help me each step of the way! This investment has been 100% worth it, the return and wealth of knowledge is something I can keep well passed the 6 months.

The Academy, Arno, and the Somerled design team were all amazing assets to getting our first property launched. We just went live last night, woke up this morning to 2 bookings and had a 3rd by mid-morning! It’s just crazy cool! What a ride! Again, a special thanks to Arno Stemmer, Coach Extraordinaire!!

Ashley Pratt is a true rock star coach in the academy! My former coach was great and when he left, I was partnered with Ashley. She jumped in with both feet at a very important and critical stage in my business - launching my first Airbnb. Her support has been off the charts amazing - she has gone above and beyond to help me with so much of her time, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. The transition has been so exciting and I am set up for incredible success getting my for guests booked in less than 24 hours. Can’t thank the Academy and Ashley enough - excellent experience

Hard to pinpoint a place to start about the Academy. If you want to run a successful AirBnB this is the only place you need to go. Every resource you need is here. Not to mention the personal coaching to optimize the property. Special shout out to Fern McClure who has been with me every step of the way, allowing me to close on a property with $150,000 equity built in while managing the property from three continents away. Going live in two months and the rest is history.

My husband and I (along with our four kids 5 and under) joined the academy back in Sept 2025 and launched our first property at the beginning of June! In under a month listed we have gross revenue of 30k and have even needed to block of time to go stay at our own house with how booked we are! BNB has been the secret to us being able to be so successful from the beginning. The course is exceptional, having Micheal available to review the deals personally as well as the amazing one on one coaching, all makes you the most dangerous in even the most competitive of markets! Our coach Niko has been incredible and coached us through the entire process! He was instrumental in helping us out of the rut of not knowing where to invest, figuring out what amenities to add to maximize guest experience and now continues to help us with price strategy and how to master guest communication! With his help we are well on our way to superhost status and already excited about the next property! If you are on the fence about joining I can promise you that you won’t regret it. You learn and grow so much! And fast track your way to success in the STR world !! If we can do it with four young kids in tow, you can too !!

We signed up for BNBIA with a unique situation: 1. We already have the property 2. We’re taking back management from Yonder 3. We have full time jobs and zero STR experience 4. We want to go live on Airbnb ASAP so we don’t miss the summer months Our first on-boarding call with Coach Arno was June 2nd and we were able to go live on Airbnb by June 26! Coach Arno was perfect — he skipped the basics on markets or design since we didn't need that, focused on taking over from Yonder, setting up the Airbnb listing, property management/dynamic pricing software, launching, rebooking guests and taking advantage of Airbnb’s algorithm to get new bookings. Since going live (2 weeks ago), we have bookings through November, and have double the total market occupancy rate for the next 60 days. BNBIA coaching delivers real results. We highly recommend Arno and the team!

We've been working with Nick and the BNB Investor Academy for almost two months, and the experience has been fantastic. We joined the program because our current Airbnb was struggling to gain traction, and we knew we needed guidance from people who had already built successful short-term rental businesses. From day one, Nick helped us steer our property in the right direction with practical strategies, clear guidelines, and actionable tips that we were able to implement right away. Instead of guessing what might work, we now have a proven framework that has given us confidence in every decision we make. One of the biggest highlights has been the office hours. They are incredibly valuable, and every session is a great learning experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, generous with their time, and always willing to answer questions and share real-world advice that applies directly to our business. Looking back, joining the academy has absolutely been worth the investment. Based on the improvements we've already made and the trajectory we're on, we're confident we'll earn back the cost of the program in additional revenue within just a few short months. If you're serious about building or improving your short-term rental business, I highly recommend the BNB Investor Academy. It's been one of the best investments we've made for our Airbnb.
