It is great having someone that you can talk to and ask questions. Arno made the experience a pleasure rather than it being something that overwhelms you. Are there things they could improve upon? Absolutely. But overall, they can get you from nothing to something in a short amount of time as opposed to doing it on your own could take years to learn. I would also say doing this without a mentor, like starting any business without a mentor, is crazy. Having BNB Investor Academy and Arno in your corner is worth its weight in stays!

As first-time STR owners, there were so many things involved that we simply didn’t know where to begin with. BnB Academy gave us the guidance, resources, and confidence to take it one step at a time. Our coach Ashley has been an incredible resource throughout this entire process and was always there anytime we needed her. Whether we had a question, needed guidance, or simply needed reassurance that we were on the right track, Ashley was there to help. Her support and knowledge made such a difference for us, especially as first-time hosts. From setting up different systems, analyzing markets, running number, creating our listing and so much more, BnB Academy gave us all of the guidance. Having access to experienced coaches and a community of people who have already been through the process made a huge difference. We are now officially live with our first STR, and seeing everything come together has been an incredible. We truly don't think we would have gotten here as smoothly without BnB Academy and the support we've received along the way. We're excited to continue growing from here.

Joining BNB Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The program is extremely helpful, well‑structured, and packed with real, actionable guidance that actually leads to results. What can I say other than for only working with Charley for almost 2 months now and he has been great about reaching out to me and holding me accountable along with helping me find the right place to start my STR. Charlie is very knowledgeable in what works for an STR as well and he understands what I am trying to do and what I can do at this time, and he has done a lot to help keep me motivated and pushing forward through all the downfalls. He has been a great coach and mentor.

The staff at BNB is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the short term rental space. They are there to help people get started with zero experience. Arno has been great as our CSM every step of the way. Oliver has been extremely honest, available, and insightful as well when needed. This company truly does care about individual people's success. They will find a way to make things happen and give solutions to any and all questions and concerns. We have been so pleased with our experience so far in our journey in the short time we've been a part of the BNB Academy. The availability of the staff and willingness to reach, shae, and listen has been second to none !

B&B Investor Academy has been a great experience for me, especially because of the amount of support, accountability, and guidance they provide throughout the process. There are a lot of moving pieces when you’re learning how to invest in short-term rentals, and one of the biggest benefits of the Academy is knowing you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. A huge part of my positive experience has been because of my coach/CSM, Ashley. Since she took over my account, it has been a complete 180 and exactly what I was hoping to get when I joined the Academy—and honestly, even more. Ashley has been phenomenal about helping me understand the process, keeping me accountable, answering questions, and making sure I always know what my next steps are. She genuinely feels invested in helping me succeed, and I never feel like I’m going through this alone. My original coaching experience wasn’t quite what I had expected, but once Ashley took over, my entire experience with the Academy changed. She showed me exactly what this program can be when you have the right coach in your corner. I’m extremely happy with B&B Investor Academy and especially thankful for Ashley and everything she has done to help me through this process. If Ashley is your coach, you’re in great hands.

Can’t say enough great things about all the fine folks at BNB Investor Academy. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had two awesome CSMs and my man Niko deserve a raise haha! Very helpful and the main reason for all of our success. I also got to give a shout out for the group willing to work with us on our unconventional circumstances/approach which lead to unforeseen circumstances but they helped us pivot that lead to success. Success we would not have had without the Academy. They definitely don’t deserve any 1 star reviews. I read each and that is definitely not we experience across the board. Keep it up guys and hope we can circle back and give it a go again soon. Disclosure I only leave reviews because a company either sucks or is great. These guys deserve all the praise. I'm in the middle of buying my first Airbnb through Michael's Program. It took a while, but my offer has been accepted and we're closing on the loan today. Though the process took time, I've realized that's actually the easy part. Airbnb Academy has laid out a video education program, user groups, and — most importantly — hands-on help to guide you toward a performing investment. They've taught me that anyone can buy a property, but they teach and personally guide you toward a valuable one. Beyond that, there's the Boardroom, which helps you acquire more properties and scale using tax optimization strategies and investor relationships. My coach Fern has been patient and positive throughout, and I feel confident and comforted going through this process. At the group meetings, Fern helps people at every stage of their Airbnb journey — analysis, acquisition, funding, insurance, pricing strategies, customer service, increasing returns, and a lot more. This is real-life teaching.
