Awesome experience with the academy in helping me get my first STR property. My CSM is Niko and I couldn’t have done any of it without his knowledge and willingness to help! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enter the STR game but needs a little help getting started.

Working with Charlie has been an absolute game-changer for us. From day one, he’s been approachable, super knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in seeing us succeed. Instead of waiting for us to reach out, he proactively checks in and follows up, making sure we always feel supported and never stuck. Right now, we’re in escrow on a property, and Charlie’s guidance through this phase has been invaluable. He’s helped us navigate tricky timing questions, figure out the nuances of a For Sale By Owner situation, and plan ahead so we can hit the ground running the minute we close. The course, community and mentorship are amazing. I learned so much in a short period and now we have our first short term rental that is doing well. We were the quintessential ‘we have thought about air bnb for a while but haven’t done anything about it couple’ so making this investment is a great way to throw yourself in to the water because you’re not gonna sink you’ll swim… great support network, ton of resources and pre assembled checklists, shopping lists, process improvement, pricing support, the list goes on. Dedicated hour every day to jump on with CSMs to bounce ideas and ask questions.. not sure there is many other options like this out there. Be prepared to invest in things outside of just your home and amenities- it does take capital to play this game but if you want to come out with a top tier property it’s worth your money time and energy.

My wife and I have had an outstanding experience working with our CSM, Niko, and the Academy. From the very beginning, they have been an incredible resource throughout our Airbnb journey. Niko helped us with everything from market research and evaluating potential properties to financing options, deal reviews, setting up our Airbnb listing, and answering countless questions along the way.
