BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

This program has been nothing short of amazing. The program is broken up into educational course work with video modules, video meetings covering various STR topics, and then a 1 on 1 client service manager that is with you every step of the way in your STR journey. My wife and I had no real estate experience and we were able to find, close, and launch our first property on air bnb within 2 months that is already generating multiple bookings. This journey has been truly life changing and I can’t think of a better way to invest your money. BET ON YOURSELF AND TAKE THE LEAP.

Nick Franchik, my CSM with BNB Investor Academy, has been an incredible asset to our business. When I first joined, I was skeptical about whether the investment would be worth it. Looking back now, I can't imagine building our short-term rental business without the guidance and support we've received. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond. He helped us navigate everything from getting our first rental listed to understanding the systems and strategies needed to succeed. His willingness to answer questions and provide real-world advice has given us the confidence to keep growing. If you're serious about building a short-term rental business and are willing to put in the work, I highly recommend BNB Investor Academy. For us, it's been well worth the investment.

My goal was to learn this industry and navigate the process of STR ownership. Oliver as my CSM and the structure the BNB Investor Academy provides is essential for success. The blueprint , tools, recommendations and experience that Oliver provided as a CSM and owner/operator made me feel confident as I progressed. He was very available and able to assist as needed throughout the process. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in a STR business.

Since joining, I have purchased my first air bnb in less than 3 months! Being apart of this community has been so helpful! Drew has been the best! So helpful at every turn, does hesitate share resources and contacts. If you wondering if being apart of the academy is worth the investment, let me tell you IT IS!

BNB investor academy and Coach Dante helped us take off with our first Airbnb and we’re never looking back. We just went live a month ago and we’re already a guest favorite and booked through the summer! We can’t take all of the credit, though, we couldn’t have gotten here without this group and Coach Dante. Our Airbnb success is directly correlated to what we have learned and continue to learn from our coach and the academy. Learning from these experienced investors is invaluable, especially with all of the detailed modules to look back on throughout the Airbnb purchase and setup process. The cost to join was well worth it by avoiding costly mistakes throughout the process. We’re grateful to have joined Dante and the BNB investor academy and can’t wait for further successes with them! If you’re on the fence, just know that we were too and we’ve had an incredible experience so far and would highly recommend!

Joining BNB Academy was one of the best decisions I made in my STR journey. The program gave me the knowledge, resources, and confidence to move forward with purchasing my first short-term rental—something I honestly don't think I would have done on my own. What really stood out was the level of support. My mentor, Kyle, was incredible. He helped me through every step of the process, from identifying and vetting markets to analyzing properties, setting up the business, and launching the rental. He was available at all hours and consistently went above and beyond whenever I had questions or concerns. Beyond the education itself, BNB Academy provides access to an entire ecosystem of resources—dedicated success managers, legal and accounting guidance, design support, software tools, and a community of experienced operators. It truly feels like they have experts for every aspect of running a successful STR business. One thing I didn't expect was how emotional the journey would be. Buying and launching an STR comes with a lot of uncertainty, self-doubt, and big decisions. Kyle wasn't just a mentor—he was often an emotional coach and sounding board who helped me stay focused and push through the inevitable ups and downs. The community was another huge benefit. I've made genuine friendships with other members who are still people I regularly talk to and learn from today. If you're serious about building a short-term rental business and want guidance from people who genuinely care about your success, I highly recommend BNB Academy.

The amount of knowledge we’ve gained and the things we’ve accomplished in such a short period of time have been incredible. We truly would not be in the position we are today if we had tried to do all of this on our own. You can’t put a price on the network, support, and opportunities that come from being part of this community, especially when you take full advantage of the tools and resources provided. One of the best aspects of the academy is the live video calls held throughout the week covering a wide variety of topics. Members from all different backgrounds and stages of their journeys participate, and there is always something new to learn. The one-on-one Zoom calls and coaching office hours have been our favorite part of the experience. Our CSM, Arno, took us under his wing and has been an incredible asset as we prepared to launch our first short-term rental in early May. He is always accessible, genuinely invested in our success, and willing to help whenever needed. Learning from people like Arno, the other CSMs, and Michael has been both inspiring and motivating. They are actively working toward their own goals and were once in the same position we are now, which makes their guidance even more valuable. We’re excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing our journey with the support of BNB Academy. We’re grateful for everything we’ve learned so far and can’t wait to see where this path takes us.

I had been operating short term rentals on my own for around 4 years and some were doing okay, others I couldn't get to cash flow. I got started with the academy in hopes of trying to optimize the listings we have to see if we could get each unit to cash flow and within the first 6 weeks of gaining access to the material as well as working with my coach Nicholas- we were able to get each property cash flowing. I had one property that never collected more than 3400 a month. I met with Nicholas about this property and he helped me deep dive into the listing issues and ways to make it look better and optimize. The following month after we made all of the changes he recommended we collected 5100! And we have bookings out for the next 3 months totaling over 16k. I would recommend this company and Nicholas over and over!
