I strongly encourage Enterprise, the rental car agency associated with BMW Fort Lauderdale, to stop practices that may result in customers being charged for expensive insurance coverage they do not need or intend to purchase. Customers should receive clear, upfront, and transparent information about all available insurance options, including the exact cost of each option and what the coverage provides. Customers should also have a clear opportunity to accept or decline each insurance option before any charges are added to the rental agreement. Customers should never feel that insurance coverage has been added without their informed consent or without a clear understanding of what they are purchasing and how much it will cost. Greater transparency and clear communication would help protect customers and build trust in BMW's services process.

This has happened with my BMW X5 also. Windshield is very sensitive to the smallest pebbles. I have had the X5 2024 and the 2025. It has been the same. We have other cars and this has not happened as much. They are less expensive. I believe that it is a flaw that the X5 has. My daughter commented, it would be bad if uou were in a real accident. She meant very damaging for me as a passenger. This is concerning.

BMW using SOY based wire insulation?? Well, the mice love it..very tasty and it has already cost me over $2000 in BMW repair bills. DON'T leave your beamer outside..or risk the mad mouse attack...BMW..get rid of the SOY and go back to real wire insulation...you're killing us.

NEVER BUY A NEW BMW I think everyone should be aware that under no circumstances should anyone consider buying a NEW BMW from any dealer. I purchased a new 2022 at sticker about a year ago It is an M8 XI Convertible..The sales manager at Bob Smith touted the resale value as one of the major selling points. THE CAR HAD A STICKER OF $120,000.00. I recently decided that i would swap it for a competition coupe since we hardly ever use ca with the top down. The best i could get for trade in from the dealer was $75,000. I tried other venues and was offered a few thousand more. The car is black with cream interior...2200 miles and like new. I FIND IT OUTRAGEOUS THAT THE THE CAR HAS TAKEN A 40% WHIPPING IN ONE YEAR. i SHOULD ADD THAT THE CAR IS VERY NICE BUT go buy a used one or prepare for a beating....................
